A major mobility upgrade from the Anachronia Agility course
Double surge allows you to surge twice back-to back, and is a significant increase to mobility. It is unlocked by completing full laps of the Anachronia Agility course for 500 codex pages.
Requirements
85 Agility can be boosted from 79 with a Stamina potion, or from 81 with an Abyssal stealth scroll.
