Magic Enhanced Abilities

Powerful magic abilities with various effects

Overview

Enhanced abilities are powerful ranged attacks that are a step up from your basic abilities. These abilities provide high damage output and utility effects.


Simple Enhanced

Wild Magic

Unlocked at level 3, Wild Magic fires an unpredictable double magical attack at the target dealing 125%-155% damage per hit with 2 hits and a 5.4s cooldown.


Channelled Abilities

All abilities in this section are Channelled Abilities. Players are unable to move during magic channelled abilities.

Asphyxiate

Unlocked at level 59, Asphyxiate reaches out with magical force and chokes the target dealing 110%-130% damage per hit every 1.2s with 4 hits and a 20.4s cooldown. This ability stuns and binds the target for 3.6s.

Smoke Tendrils

This ability is obtained via a quest unlock at level 75.

Smoke Tendrils whips at the target's feet dealing 55%-65% damage per hit every 1.2s with 4 hits and a 45s cooldown. This ability deals an additional 10%-15% damage with each hit but also deals 35%-40% damage to yourself per hit. All hits are guaranteed to critically strike.


Area of Effect

Corruption Blast

This ability is obtained via a codex unlock at level 70.

Corruption Blast blasts the target with corruption causing them to take damage over time dealing 90%-110% damage per hit every 1.2s with 5 hits and a 15s cooldown. Damage is reduced by 20% of initial damage with each hit and will spread to enemies within 2 tiles.

Magma Tempest

This ability is obtained via a codex unlock at level 85.

Magma Tempest creates a storm of fire and earth around the target creating a 5x5 area at the target location dealing 35%-45% damage per hit every 1.2s with 8 hits to up to 25 enemies inside the area with a 21s cooldown. This ability cannot critically strike.

Note: There is also a targeted variant that can be manually placed. This must be manually triggered during revolution combat.
